e.l.f Suntouchable Whoa Glow SPF 30 & Face Primer is a new addition to the e.l.f skin line, and I’m thrilled to have had the chance to test it out. In my opinion, e.l.f cosmetics/skin is one of the most underrated drugstore brands due to their high-quality, affordable products, yet they don’t receive enough recognition. According to e.l.f cosmetics, “the Suntouchable Whoa Glow SPF 30 & Face Primer is a lightweight sunscreen and primer hybrid that offers broad-spectrum SPF 30 protection, preps your skin for long-lasting makeup, and gives a glowy, sheer finish.”
Packaging
The product is packaged in a white tube with a yellow flip cap.

I apply it evenly on my face at least 15 minutes before sun exposure, ensuring it’s well blended.
Pros

- Broad-spectrum SPF 30

Cons
- None
Overall, I’m very satisfied with this sunscreen lotion. It has a mild scent that isn’t overpowering and absorbs easily into the skin. Most importantly, it doesn’t leave an unpleasant white cast, just a slight tinge. There’s no eye irritation either. It is lightweight, non-greasy, and blends smoothly, offering a genuine glowing radiance. Plus, it doubles as a primer! This product was sent to me as a sample by influenster, but it retails for $14. It’s available on the e.l.f cosmetics website (currently out of stock) and on my Amazon storefront.
